Fun with numbers

Learning to play go fish. We are practicing alot of things with this game. We practice turn taking, following rules, counting and number recognition. It gets a little frustrating when there is just one number you can not find as one or two of the children learned. ;)

Marshmallow maths

Look at the bridge from our train set.  We know it is very strong, probably because of all the triangles in it.

We found triangles, squares, circles, rectangles, semi circles and even some pentagons.

Logic train

  We used our logic blocks to make a train.

This was some really difficult problem solving.

Each piece in the train could differ by only one attribute (colour, size, shape or thickness) from the piece in front.  What a challenge!
