Healthy eating data charts

We have been talking about healthy living.

We need good food, drinks, fresh air, exercise and sleep to keep ourselves healthy.

Today we made data charts of our favourite food and our favourite treats.

We were delighted to see that most people liked fruit as a healthy snack.

Investigating capacity

As part of our maths programme we had to investigate capacity.

We had to guess which containers held more/less.

We had to estimate (guess) how many cups would it take to fill various containers.

We love learning outside!

Coding again

We really enjoyed our hour of code earlier this year, so teacher has put a coding game onto the ipad.

We practiced coding today using the ipad and our own whiteboards.

We are so proud when our coding works out well.

Spring data

We have been discussing Spring.

Here are the things that we consider to be the important signs of spring:

Our favourite animals

We made a data chart of our favourite animals.As you can see the rabbits were the most popular animals, followed closely by the hamsters and then dogs followed by cats.  The least popular animals were fish and birds.

Making clocks

Now that we can tell the time all we needed were clocks to practise on.

We made some gorgeous clocks today.
