Telling the time

 We are learning to tell the time.  We are all really good at reading the hours, and some of us are great at reading the half hours too!

We would love you to ask us at home and we can help you read the time!

We know all the ways to make 10. 10+=, 9+1, 8+2, 7+3, 6+4, 5+5, 4+6, 3+7, 2+8, 1+9, 0+10!

We worked in pairs this week to work with our cubes and counters during a maths lesson! We think we did really well!

We are playing lots of fun number games this week.  Snakes and ladders is just one of them.

Shape and space

Making pictures from shapes was great fun.  The children could make any picture they liked using the different shapes they had cut out.
